Independence Science and Vernier Software Technology have collaborated to adapt the first accessible laboratory tool for the blind. Using Voice Access Software, the LabQuest® device announces data collection in real-time, file menu navigation, data tables of collected data, a full periodic table and is durable enough to be used in any field or lab experiment. Import data onto the accessible Logger Pro® software on a computer for statistical analyses of the data and soon to be the ability to print a tactile graph.
